Diagnostic Assessment
Please Note:
Private fees apply - the initial session is not bulk-billed. Each face-to-face session (with client) is $360 per 60 mins.
A consultation (with stakeholders) fee of $100 per 30 mins applies, which covers all communication and admin costs. This consultation/admin fee is required as a deposit to proceed with the assessment referral.
Total fees are based on the estimated minimum time taken for each assessment package, however actual time may vary.​
There are no additional fees, a comprehensive report is included in the overall assessment package.
Cognitive & Adaptive Functioning Assessment
To explore and understand an individual’s cognitive (thinking) strengths and challenges, along with adaptive functioning. These results can inform supports and adjustments for education, as well as daily living, or a diagnosis of Intellectual Disability (ID).

Learning & Educational Assessment
To explore and understand whether an individual’s cognitive (thinking) and achievement skills are consistent with a diagnosis of a Specific Learning Disorder (SLD; Dylexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia) or Giftedness.

Neurodiversity Assessment
To explore and understand whether an individual’s behavioural presentation is consistent with a diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

To explore and understand an individual’s cognitive, achievement and neurodiverse presentation, to consider diagnoses of ASD / ADHD / SLD / Giftedness / Twice Exceptional (2e) or ID.
